praying for students

I have been praying and feel a strong urgency to pray for our students that are going to participate in January. It is a burden of myne and I know my team here, that other students and people on the base become more aware of the great need and impact work with these hurting little ones can have. We have such a great burden and sometimes, I sense, the others that have been here for longer than I have become discouraged in the lack of urgency we have to begin this process of redemption for the hurting children of the world.

Only You can give others the same burden or an even greater burden and allow them to know and understand this great crisis that is affecting our world today and will continue to send our world into utter chaos without Your grace and if we continue to ignore the desperate cries of these little ones who are so close to Your heart.

Lord, direct us how to transfer this realization to the others around us and those who are far away. Those who are so capable to change the lives of these ones neglected... Continue to help us seek You in this and to share in the burden and not try to carry it alone. Bring students and unify those who are already working to care for the children in risk all over the world in order to be far more effective and not to get discouraged or be overcome by the enemy and his desires to corrupt everything pure and good that You have endowed upon the children of the world. Give us all and many, many more the same heart and compassion You have for these little ones and to obey the call to lay our lives down for them.... even as I type, I am realizing how much that is asking of myself and I may not be ready, but I entirely trust in You to do just that, in Your perfect way.
